In my work, I combine over 20 years of experience in somatic therapy, movement practices, and energy work with the wisdom of Human Design. Whether it’s through Prism Sessions, where I use Human Design to illuminate your path, or Moving into Clair Sentience, an immersive journey into the wisdom of your body and intuition, or The Secret Society of Wild Women, A gathering of women reclaiming their feminine expressions, I help you navigate your unique rhythm and live in alignment with your deepest truth.
