What is Clair-Sentience?
Clairsentience actually means clear feelings and is the ability to feel the present, past, and even future physical, mental and emotional states of other people. It is a powerful 6th sense associated with highly developed intuition.
The psychic power of your sensitivity to energy through feeling becomes a powerful guide to clear action when nurtured.
We will re-invigorate new ways of experiencing our bodily awareness by tuning into our clair-sentient wisdom and harmonizing adaptability, integrity and fluidity from the inside out.

Sharpen your intuition
You will strengthen your ability to discern felt truths versus habitual patterns of past or programming through movement, connection and writing. Your body is always having an energetic conversation with you through feeling. Learn to recognize the intuitive nudges and honour the intelligence of your sensitivity to the world around you.

Release patterns of tension and pain
These movement and somatic medicine sessions encourage a mindful exploration into the physical patterns that get held in stories as tension/pain that block us from acting from our most potent intuition and authentic expression. You will create new patterns of vibrancy and wellness as you let yourself feel what was held long ago.

Did you know your feelings are intelligent? You will learn to discern your energetic core in relationship and differentiated from others so that you can be true to your self at the same time as being of service of others.
Here’s what’s included..
8 live guided movement practices
Thursdays at noon join me on Zoom for live guided movement class that will be recorded and replays sent to you.
Each week is intentionally designed to follow up the energetic centres of the body (also known as chakras) and untangle the somatic patterning that is blocking access to its innate intelligence. You will learn to harness the power of your feeling experience and reawaken a values embodiment.
Weekly Calibration Gatherings
Every Sunday at 730pm we will be on zoom to connect, share, reflect and deepen. Every session will be in the theme of the movement practice and writing questions. We will start each connection time with a meditation and subtle movement kriya followed by a sharing circle. (Sharing is never mandatory).
Weekly writing prompts
You will receive weekly writing prompts to support you in deepening your clair-sentient processing abilities. You will have an opportunity to share any insights in our sharing circle.
One on one private connection call with Kaitlin
You will receive the opportunity for a 30 minute one on one connection call with Kaitlin to better support you in processing anything that might be coming up and deepen your intuitive reclamation. Scheduled
8 week journey
This is a commitment to your self. You are embarking on a journey of recalibrating to your intuition rather than your programs. This will require you to show up fully as you are in all your feelings and expressions. Your clair-sentience powers are ready to be reclaimed.
